Detailed Acquisition Information
Welcome, and thank you for your interest in my art! I am honored to have your appreciation.
I understand that collecting art is a very personal journey, and because, since 2008, I have not set fixed prices upon my art, I’ve created a unique alternative process encouraging you to offer your price for any of my available works.
Below, I outline that acquisition process to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.
Acquisition Process
Flexible Pricing
Each painting in my Available Art galleries has a posted Reserve value—our suggested starting value based on an evaluation of visual and artistic merit-worthiness to a hypothetical seasoned collector. It’s the “the best offer above/greater > than $____” info posted under each collectable artwork.
Regardless of this reserve, you are free to offer any amount (of currency or value in exchange) for a piece. All sincere offers are welcome.
Offer Levels
Offers Below Reserve: These remain valid for up to 30 days, during which I may negotiate or accept at my discretion.
Competitive Offers (Above Reserve): These trigger a short 96-hour competitive period, during which I notify other potential collectors who may wish to place a higher bid. This process ensures the best offer determines the final collector.
Buy It Now Option: By offering two times the Reserve Price, you may bypass competition and secure the artwork immediately (unless a competitive process is already underway).
How to Make an Offer
Use the “Inquire About or Make an Offer” form on this website.
Include your offer and preferred contact information (cell phone number required for coordination).
After submitting the form you’ll receive a personal reply as soon as possible.
After Your Offer Is Accepted
If your offer is accepted:
I will contact you directly to confirm the details, including delivery preferences, payment methods, and receive your instructions for signing the artwork-- if it is a 'multi-directional piece'.
Upon receipt of the artwork, you have seven days to inspect it. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it in its original condition.

Viewing Limitations
While I strive to represent each piece as accurately as possible online, the original artwork may differ slightly due to texture, color calibration, and resolution variations across screens.

The reverse side of each piece includes:
Why This Process?
I’ve designed this approach to create a transparent acquisition system that honors the market value of my art while fostering genuine direct relationships with my collectors that are mutually satisfying.
